My first true bass boat, a 1992 Nitro 180, with a 115 Johnson pushing it, and truely love the boat. I bought it the first of March this year. It has taken me through some pretty rough water and one H@!! of a storm on Joe Pool Lake. If I were to buy a new bass boat tomorrow, I can't say what model it would be, but I can say with 100% certainty that it would be a NITRO all the way. Great boat, that is my two cents worth........

Looking forward to screaming around Falcon in one soon.  wear your lifejacket- it will be easier to appreciate when you look and the driver's half of the boat is 100 yds behind you..

Your a lot of laughs but in all seriousness Skeeter is the only boat I have ever heard of the nose falling off of and that included the trolling motor on the Potomac River, I know the guy. Skeeter is the only boat I have seen have people convinced to accept a boat with stress cracks because they are just cosmetic.

Fished out of Hanselman's once on Amistad. Pretty heavy boat, but it was comfortable and pretty quick with the 225 opti he was running. When set up properly, they can scoot.

Hanselman know's how to handle the big water too...I have been with him in 4-6 foot waves and he powered us from bouy 18 back to Diablo East in less than 30 minutes on Amistad!!!

Tim, I'm glad you like your Nitro. Hope to see it someday. What motor did you get and what kind of #'s are you getting. I bet it floats shallower than your legend and rides better too.

I run a Nitro 911 w/ 225 Merc and absolutely love it. Fishes great, handles rough water better than most and is roomier than most.
