The dam has ruptured! Sent one down the pipe and all is well with the world.

Week 2 weigh in.

190.2. I’m down 6.8 pounds since 12/1.

Only one of the kids weighed in and he gained nearly 5 pounds from last week. The other two dropped out like little losers.

I had hoped to break into the 180s by today, but that will happen next week.

I've lost 89.6 pounds since 9/1/21. It doesn't get easier as we age, Mud. Just be glad when you don't gain. I'm proud of you! You can do it!

Week 4……I cheated some during my week off. 188.2. Still down about 9 pounds and will keep going from here. I’m sick right now, so that isn’t going to help much.

Week 6 weigh in….185.8. Down 11 pounds so far. The explosive diarrhea has probably helped that, but I have a contest to win so I won’t let a little dehydration stand in the way.

I plateaued for like 6 weeks back in September and October. It happens. Don't let it get to you too much mentally. I know it's hard, but you can push through.

Week 8…..185.4. Down 11.6 since 12/1.

Weight loss is slowing to an average of .25 per day. It was .3 per day.

I think catching Covid slowed my progress down a lot. Going to charge hard into this next week and see if I can force it below 184 for next week’s weigh in.

Try drinking more water...it really does help. The main ways we get rid of fat is through exhalation, sweat, and urination. Walk, drink some water, and be mindful of when and what you're eating. You'll get there!

Thanks for the good advice. I drink a ton of water each day. My cup is always on my desk and it gets refilled a lot. I have stepped up my excersize routine. I will at least take a walk during lunch instead of taking a nap. I am now writing down what I eat and track that as well. I even grilled some crappie the other day instead of frying it. I will get there, but I want to reach my goal soon so I can go back to being a drunk. I haven’t had any beer in two weeks. I do have to say, I feel so much better now.

That's the recipe I use for catfish. I actually like it as much, if not more, than fried. It doesn't make me feel bloated or give me an aftertaste when I burp.
