That’s what I pay for a 12 x 30 in Humble. No deals close to me. Rates are lower close to Lake Conroe.

Man I want to get in the boat storage business near me. It’s a good mine.

I was in Grapevine paying 170 a month for a unit close to the lake and I live in Grapevine but when its covered and the roof leak and requires you to put the cover on before it rains, this kind of ruins covered storage along with having a gravel floor it was time to upgrade and save money at the same time. Keep by a lake that is known for Bass fishing.

My previous boat I paid $150 a month in McKinney, and that was just covered, not enclosed and no power. I bought a 20 ft boat with a swing away trailer last year so I can keep it in my garage at home.
