Do the meat hunting "snow birds" still flock to Texas and decimate big fish at the cleaning tables?

Man they used to wreak havoc on Amistad during the spawn every year. Heard Falcon was the same way. Last few years has been the Louisiana meat crew on Choke! If they come back this year they might starve!

I sure hope so. It helps to clear the way for bigger and better fish and fishing.

Am I to believe that 60 or 70 old retired Yankees came down and cleaned out 75,000 acres of Amistad?

You can believe what you want. just like I don't believe your numbers.

Heck, I wouldn’t know anyways. I’ve never even been on Amistad.

Just how many fish can the average person eat? I wonder how many of these filets end up freezer burning and being thrown out.

There are people who would drive from here to Georgia and cut off their left nut to get fish. They are like platinum, diamonds, and gold rolled into one.
