The transducer is MEGA LIVE. The motorized mount pole with the MEGA LIVE transducer is MEGA LIVE Target Lock Yes and with Helix G4N, SOLIX G1, and SOLIX G3 also https://youtu.be/CeHRmTPqolI

No for a Helix, yes for a SOLIX/APEX.
It comes with a 10' power cable and a 20' Ethernet cable.
You need a AS EC QDE Ethernet adapter to connect Ethernet to a Helix.
You also need current software to run it.
Helix 12 CHIRP MEGA SI+ GPS G3N and G4N, 1198c SI, SOLIX 10 SI G3,
Helix 10 MEGA DI+ GPS G3N, SOLIX 12 SI and G3, MEGA 360, MEGA LIVE TL, RC-1

Basically I want to add the Mega Live transducer to my trolling motor are there any other cables or adapters necessary to tie all three devices together ?
The current set up is Helix Gen 3 connected to the Ultrex I-pilot with built in Mega DI
I apologize for not clearly stating the question in the beginning ?

MEGA LIVE is an Ethernet device, you need to purchase the Ethernet Adapter to connect LIVE to a Helix. Nothing else you stated is relevant since there is no "tie together" involved with LIVE==separate connections.
