I went away from the tool batteries , wired to my 125AH ionoics now

I went away from the tool batteries , wired to my 125AH ionoics now why didn't you like the tool battery? ( Didn't last long enough? )

I was on the 20v 6ah dewalt batteries for almost 2 years. Lasted 4-5 hours each on the black box only. I had 2 of them to rotate. Had to power off the graph to change battery out then power back up. The see lite adapter snapped a pin and I decided to go to a 12v 23ah Dakota Lithium small battery switched and mounted in my storage adjacent to the GLS10. I can go 2 full day trips before a recharge and just a much better set up IMO. Plus I got the Dakota on Black Friday sale for 199 bucks and in stock.

( Didn't last long enough? ) was using 12AH dewalts, had two which would get me through a day. One went bad down at Ivie , would not take a charge. I don't think the clarity with a 20V is impactful enough to put up with that.
