Sitting here this morning thinking about the end of the year coming up and reminding myself how blessed I am through this sport we all love. From being in the right place at the right time and catching hundreds of pounds of big blues to taking delivery of my new boat to getting time on the water with my youngest granddaughter and newest fishin buddy, it has been another very good year...

Taking delivery of my new Tracker Targa V19 and turning it into Dock Holiday the Catfishing Machine


Setting my new Blue Cat PB at 74 Pounds on a Saturday morning in late July on Lake Guntersville


Spending time on the water with good friends like Geno aka Skeetmaster, Bluecat Bob, Ken aka KEGracing and others

2022 was a good year, My prayer is that it was for y'all also and that 2023 will be even better.

Thank you Tim for that post! What a great year indeed. It's gonna be tough to match it in 2023 especially for you, setting two new records and all, but I bet we're gonna try! I don't know about you, but to me, the next season is always "going to be the best season ever". It's the anticipation of it all. The imagining of new records and personal bests and new found honey holes, gear, newly formed friendships and the strengthening of old ones. It's what gets me through life to be honest!

Also, thank you for always helping us out with your knowledge and experience. In your humble way, you never take credit for how much you influence others. I see it time and time again, you saying that your not a pro, but you're WAY closer than most of us!

Oh, and the pic of you and your 2 yr old grand is a perfect pic that captured that moment of complete pride and satisfaction in your expression. You are blessed and I love how much time you spend on the water with the kids. When this life is all over and done, nobody will be able to say that you were selfish with your time.
