 Cooked a Tri-Tip for Christmas Eve

It's gonna be too cold to cook outside, so I cooked it today on 500 degrees for 40 minutes turning it every 4 minutes to cook evenly. Then sealed it after resting 2 hours. We will heat it slightly Saturday before noon. Internal temp was 125-130. So it should be right on target for 135. Where can I get one?
Don't see them much in Texas. Last one I got, was at Aldi.
I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us.

Don't see them much in Texas. Last one I got, was at Aldi. Market Street usually always has them. At least in my hood.
