I find spinners stuck in rocks all the time. Playing around, I came up with this,

But then, this guy reviews baits of the 1980's. And wouldn't you know it. The original design was called the 'Blakemore Double Chance Spinnerbait'. I missed the design by 20 years.

You're Welcome.

The way I designed mine. No skirts. The lead head was filed down to lower the weight. The neck of the lead head was filed down with a notch to hold the plastic secure. I meant it to hold two swim baits or curly tailed grubs.

I had the idea for a while. I tested it for casting. Any possible tangles and it passed. It runs true smooth.

The top hook is on a bearing swivel. Straight shank worm hook. Which causes the top bait to have a spin as it cruises through the water. Especially with a curly tail.

Come spring and it'll be tested to if it'll actually catch a fish. If not, that's Ok. I had fun making it and trying it out.
