Did your insurance provide an estimate? That’s a great starting point. Cost and details of their estimate will tell you if they’re missing something or over/under valuation

I am located in Texas in wood county. How more specific do you need? Please explain.
They haven’t told me anything yet except they are trying to determine if it’s repairable or not.
