Anyone know WHO is in charge of upkeep for them?
Judging from the current lack of maintenance... No one is.

So, there's a good chance each side is waiting on the other country to do something.
Odds are it will never get done.
Wonder how they're going to enforce any border infractions when there's no buoys left to mark it ?

There are several that have broke loose and up on the bank.
Marker 9 has the top broke off and just waiting to rip the bottom out of a boat.
As of two weeks ago marker 8 only lacked about a foot of being submerged. Marker 10 and 11 are under water from the big rise--- so that means there isn't a buoy from marker 7 to 11. Of the ones that are still there half don't have a light that works and the other half you can't read the number on.
