Why is it that media central always conflicts with bass champs north every year! Does this frustrate anyone else or is it just me.

Measuring contest amongst organizers?

There is no measuring imo champs vs. Media two different classes needless to say champs does a great job of getting their schedule out early and media still two of their tournaments on top of bass champs!

If tournament directors spent every last waking minute trying to make 100% of anglers happy, they'd just spin their wheels. Chap Potts knows that, Gordon knows that, and the rest of the TD's of other trails know that. The schedules are what they are. No sense in losing sleep over it. Nobody knows this saying better than a bass tournament director -

There are some people in this world that, if you gave them a briefcase with a million bucks in it, would gripe about how heavy it was.

If you are worried about missing a media event to fish BC, you're prob better off fishing the media event.

Media events are dominated by locals most of the time these days.

Yeah, I agree...Media is doing there thang, and BC is doing there's. The people they are going after aren't doing both for the most part.
