I found a personal flotation device at Lake Tyler on Saturday, November 12th. It was already inflated, so I guess someone fell in the water that morning or the day/night before. Or maybe already inflated and got lost in the water.

Location was at Whitehouse. Anyone is missing a PFD, or knows of any boating incident recently on Lake Tyler?
