It was a windy MOFO here in Three Rivers today, good luck tomorrow, you almost have to catch them.

Yes, Choke was windy so went to Falcon for a beautiful day - wind less than 10 mph.

Are you thinking that Choke fishing may be better?

Lol, let me know how it goes and I’ll let you know how I do. I won’t be out until lunch time though.

Beautiful day on Choke Sunday but very slow with water temps 58 - 62. Worms along weeds and a surprise bass on crank bait. Lots of time with spinnerbaits and chatterbaits without a bump. We did not try the north end of lake.

South shore ramp a little tricky with sand bar to the right when looking down from top of ramp. We will stay close to the operational dock if we use that ramp again this week.

What boat were you in? I went out for 2 hours and only caught 1 dink.

The lake is returning to pre-rise of 2018, tough! The traveling guides might be in for some grinding this winter.

Indeed they will. When the local guide quit posting his trips, it’s bad. hung

BassLakeFork, I think I might have seen you down by the dam. Boat that color was there, I never could figure out what brand it was though. How about those duck hunters, they were booming away!

Yes, my wife was with me but she slept on the back some of the day. We were all over the place and never stayed in the same spot for too long. Just trying to get an idea of where the fish were. Boat is a Ranger Reata fish and ski.

Spotted some huge schools of bait mid-lake. Will likely try on that area first with cranks when I return with my brother on Thursday.

We thought duck season was closed until 12/10. Lots of booming going on Sunday though.
