Sorry if this is in the wrong section ,as I did not see one for trolling motors.
My neighbor gave me a 80lb. 62 inch shaft 24 volt Riptide for my pontoon boat when he got a new one. I have looked all over the Minkoa site and google and can not find the color wires that it came with leaving the hand control to hookit to a new plug. 4They are a black one and a brown with a black strip on it.
I would assume the black is ground ???? But it's a 24 volt so

All I have seen are black and red.

What I thought as well But they are not. The ones he had on it are brown with a black stripe and a black 0ne
