Yes All the necessary paperwork is done and so much more .
I painted a watercolor painting of the fish pretty darn close to actual size.
Photos of everything they require.
The TP&W man Edward Terry made sure everything was done perfect.
I just received a congratulatory new Kayak from Tucktec kayaks yesterday.
I've sent great packets out as well to Zebco.
