Glad it’s still here! This forum changed the way people thought about bank fishing and got a lot of people on the bank trying something different! While I don’t have the time to recruit and share all my captures like I use to. I am so happy to know the knowledge of how to do it is here - waiting for the next Lonestarcarper to find and get excited about! Couple cans of corn, some sharp hooks and a few split shot and you can catch a 20lb freshwater fish (most anglers never catch a 20lb fresh water fish there whole lives - guys that have 100k bass boats never catch a 20lb fish)
If you like catching big fish it’s all laid out here, spots and what bait everything, it’s laid out to get a 20lb fish and put a massive smile on your face!

I can think of something even earlier...that had an impact on a few people.

You definitely had an affect on me getting into this wonderful sport. I have caught several over 20 pound fish (carp, buffalo, and a once in a lifetime 24 pound channel catfish). It’s rare not to capture a double digit fish every time I catch. Thanks for helping me.
