If you have had the virus and got over it did it leave you with any physical ailments? Prior to getting the virus last Nov. I had real good blood pressure. Since then I am on a heavy dose of high blood pressure medicine. I can only attribute it to the remnants of the virus. Anybody else have lasting effects from the virus?

I haven't heard of elevated BP being common, but yes, a lot of people have long term fallout after having Covid. We have one patient who isn't that old that's been back in the hospital 3 or 4 times with pneumonia after having Covid over a year ago.

Two friends of mine got covid in 2021. Both were weight lifters and both lifted heavy before covid. Both, a year later, are barely starting to lift what they consider heavy. They can move a lot of weight but nothing like they used to.

I was vaxxed last year in April/may 2021 , wife the same . I had reactions and she didn't . We both caught COVID end of December 21 . Approx 10 days after catching it , I had a rash / sensitivity on both arms that lasted 4-5 months . I went to the Dr for it and she initially thought it was actinic keratosis ---but seemed to look a little different and more itchy . I decided to do some serious detoxing in March . About 20-30 days after completing my detox --- my arms were back to normal and my overall health and energy seem normal . Ironically , my daughter , 30 yrs old , caught COVID in April 22 and had the the skin reactions as I did
