I saw they changed the rules for 2023 that you have to fish all 9 Opens to qualify for the Elites. Made me curious so I just wasted 20 minutes on their website, which stinks. How many qualify out of the three divisions this year and are there 4 tournaments per division?

It's all on the website. Three tournaments in each division. Taking top three anglers in each division and top three in overall.
