Notaguide, clifshot and I are planning a trip to Pines this Friday. Never been there. Where is a good place to launch? Where are the best structures? Send me a PM if you need to. Thanks in advance. Dennis

I was planning a morning trip out on Friday. Conditions look very favorable for overcast conditions with possible rain. I've got a spot that I've found in August with those conditions you can really wear yourself out catching white and black bass. I don't really fish my home lake all that often so I don't know it as well as I should but I would be happy to share what I know. After all, I am notaguide. I'll PM you my info. Give me a call when you are on the lake and we will meet up.
As far as boat ramps go I think most people from the west use Alley, Johnson, or Hurricane. All are very good ramps. I live fairly close to the south end of the lake so I usually use Brushy Creek.
