Sorry dude but that is a stupid post and evidence of a very short term thinker.

WAWI,

This thread stated with a group of humans not respecting the resource and my perception of your post is that you may not either, regardless of who owns the resource. " It's just a fish". If I am wrong, then I apologize. I look at things with the glass half full. Maybe the new owner will make it his or her personal 110 million playground. On the other hand, maybe not.

I met the gentleman who bought Canyon West in Weatherford. He bought all of the lots and land associated with the golf course. Sold lots and people built houses there. If I choose to go play that course then I pay the fee to enjoy a round of golf. Maybe this is a developer who will do the same thing along the lake and make this a " daily fee" lake in the future. You can then choose to pay whatever fee there is to fish it. Maybe it will remain private. You and I at this point do not know.

Until then posting to commence hunting on the resource makes no sense to me. Maybe you ought to go crappie fishing once in a while.

That is my take and I'm sticking to it.

So only eat half the bass you catch until further notice.

The states lease on the land that makes up the park is ending in September. That was what the girls that run the park store told me.

Have at it I’m sure you’ll feel good about yourself. That’s all that matters to you. I get it.
