I bought an older Class C motorhome. Seller left all kinds of stuff in in…including just short of 200 rounds of .223 ammo. (Cheap Wolf stuff)

Nothing I have is chambered in .223.

I am thinking it might be better to pick up something 223 rather than try to sell/give away this stuff. Anyone have suggestions for something I might could pick up for reasonable price. Firearm prices seem to be doing better than my portfolio….

Your suggestions are appreciated…

Base-model AR is always fun to shoot with. Ruger is my go-to for this sort of thing. I have an MPR-556 which is fantastic.

Hop sold me an AR in 7.62 with a Bear Creek upper and it shoots awesome. I had no idea they were sold for this kind of price. That's 100% what I would get.

Dude that scope is awesome. Took a possum a few weeks ago - they were eating all my deer corn. Once I took one, the rest bailed.

Seen some deer at night in the scope too. Not shooting any deer on my home turf, but that scope is freaking awesome. Love the rifle too

You are not likely to beat the price of the one Hop posted. Personally, I'd recommend getting a gun chambered in .556 so you have full flexibility of ammo down the road.

I'm also a HUGE suppressor fan, so I highly encourage that. A lot more expense, but get a .30 cal suppressor and it can go on pretty much any gun you own.

Nothing wrong with AR's, even the cheap ones usually always go Bang.

Go get you a Browning BLR in .223. A little more character than a scary black rifle, and will probably mean more to a young person when it's time to hand it down cause all they see on TV and on their phones are scary black rifles. Then make them watch John Wayne movies.

I just bought one of those one's hop listed for my brother. He's been wanting an affordable AR. that's too good to pass up.

Can you not shoot 5.56 in a 223 wylde chamber? I'll just be mindful of that if it's the case. I think most of what I have is 223 and I only have one bulk box of 5.56, so probably not a big deal.
