Been watching MLF of some other fishing shows The fisherman opens his livewell to put in another fish and all I see is several 10-12 inch pool noodles??? is there something I am missing? Does this calm the fish? Does this offer Shade for the fish? Are these frozen and put in live well to help cool the water? I want to know! I have never seen this before! Please help me outt!!!!!!!!!!!

If the camera man fall overboard they can reach in and grab one to throw in for them so they don't drown
