WAWI,
This thread stated with a group of humans not respecting the resource and my perception of your post is that you may not either, regardless of who owns the resource. " It's just a fish". If I am wrong, then I apologize. I look at things with the glass half full. Maybe the new owner will make it his or her personal 110 million playground. On the other hand, maybe not.
I met the gentleman who bought Canyon West in Weatherford. He bought all of the lots and land associated with the golf course. Sold lots and people built houses there. If I choose to go play that course then I pay the fee to enjoy a round of golf. Maybe this is a developer who will do the same thing along the lake and make this a " daily fee" lake in the future. You can then choose to pay whatever fee there is to fish it. Maybe it will remain private. You and I at this point do not know.
Until then posting to commence hunting on the resource makes no sense to me. Maybe you ought to go crappie fishing once in a while.
That is my take and I'm sticking to it.
