Fossil fuel industries haven't brainwashed me. I choose products because they suit what I want to achieve, such as in January of this year when because of a family emergency I drove 1,000 miles from Taylor Lake, Colorado to Tyler non-stop other than long enough to fill up with gas and grab a sandwich to go. I choose to pull my gasoline powered boat and motor to the lake, sometimes to lakes 200 miles away. In an electric car that 1,000 mile trip would have involved me stopping after 300-400 miles to recharge, then maybe driving another hundred miles before recharging again. How would that alleged 300-400 mile range have been affected by driving over North Cochetopa, La Veta, and Raton passes as well as the other mountainous driving?

An electric pickup truck that can only make it 86 miles pulling a boat before it has to be recharged isn't going to work for me. It's not going to work for anyone in my bass club, either. I fish Bass Champs as well. Even if there were charging stations at the boat ramps at Tawakoni and Ray Roberts and Cedar Creek, how long would it take to charge 225 trucks for (part of) the drive home?

I don't need Exxon or anyone else to tell me that I don't want an electric vehicle. Common sense is really all I need. Well, that and paying attention to real life instead of EV fairy tales.

Everything you post is either slobbering over someone you agree with or name calling someone you don't. I've never actually seen you post one single intelligent argument. Thanks for all your many meaningful contributions. roflmao

That means a lot coming from the guy who’s wife’s side of the family told him to pound sand.

there you go proving my point! To be clear, one of her brothers disagreed on a hunting situation. He later apologized, and the two of us get along just fine now. I'm not a grudge holder.

Always great when people who hide behind handles start slinging mud. My name is right in the signature line.

That was a great story, can you tell it again just like you did the first time?

Obviously you have not read the rules ... "Take it offline".... That is what I have done a few times. And they are pals now. Your second attack sucks also. And Kat is a treasure here.

I agree we should get rid of all CO2 where Liberals live I couldn’t agree more lol
God will decide when this earth is destroyed. We won’t destroy this world with or without fossil fuel
But for everyone who thinks the USA is leading cause of CO2 you couldn’t be more wrong. Even if we are leading it won’t matter since you won’t get any other country like China or Russia to stick with this hoax so it matters not what we do. This is done to destroy the USA.

Folks if this really would destroy this earth China and Russia would be on board with this, they only push it because it hurts the USA

What does that prove- it’s just a set of data, it’s getting slightly warmer. Well the earth has gotten slightly warmer and cooler forever.

Given no one was driving Silverados or Tahoes back then, what caused the Ice Age? Better yet, what caused it to end? What caused the Little Ice Age, and what caused it to end? What caused the weather phenomenon that is known as The Year Without A Summer in 1816, when horse and buggy was the preferred mode of transportation?

Did man cause any of those events, and did man have the power to alter them? Ask yourself those questions, and think about the answers.

I give up. This is an exercise in futility. Yes, we do have those answers. And if you really did care you would have already googled and learned this over the years. You're getting bogged in the weeds looking for thousands of years of data points. We have that. We've been doing ice cores and mud cores and tree cores for decades. We actually do have people who can explain to you why ice ages happen. I am having a busy day putting up with customers. Look it up or not.

hilarious ---- " rough data points " --- your projecting theories based on best practices known , You have NO way of knowing how accurate these rough data points are and instead of admitting these are nothing more than educated guess's --- you tell people that this is factual . Did the data points change when the " experts " were warning of a coming ice age in the 70's , 80's ? Or did the people decide to manipulate the data to represent a new agenda . mud samples from 2000 years ago --sounds like incredibly accurate data to me .

I remember when the Quail went missing from fence lines in Fannin county. We could walk them without a dog... got all we needed.

I thought catalytic converters, EGR valves, Freon mandates, Ethanol, and preventing cows from farting were supposed to fix all this?
