That’s why I come here, i can always find out what I’m doing wrong. I always thought the Steez A and Morethan PE (JDM Steez with brass gears) were pretty beefy. I’m starting to wonder what the Steez A Crazy Cranker was actually built for now since it’s obviously not capable of deep cranking

Oh I’m sorry to have offended you, my comment was meant for Steez and his reel that only holds 50 yards of line. Can you post a picture with 10 more reels though, we’re trying to see which one of you guys have the best reels in Texas.

I know what you were saying, I just decided to make a smartass reply. Nothing said on the internet offends me.

I do enjoy high-end gear though even though I pretty much suck at fishing

It’s just the SLP handle. I get all my reels and gear from Japan. The markup in America is insane. It’s a no brainer to order a Steez from Japan for the same price as a Tatula from America

Shimano DC because I can cast all the line off with a flick of the wrist, had a casting comp with some of my young co-anglers in the Toyotas and casted farther then all of them which they were blown away. The only problem is I have lost some big fish casting too far and not having leverage to get a good hook set. I aint paying 500 for some of the others mentioned on here but I'm sure their great reels but I'm here to tell you the DC are awesome, but I will warn you when you fish with one you don't want to fish with anything else.

Ya mean it’s weird to have 24 combos @ $1300ea (plus line) on the deck of a boat I paid $15k for?
I think its weird to have an $80k boat with a bunch of junk in it. Haha.

+1

If it had enough line on it, I could cast from here in Texas and hit you in the forehead in Georgia

Digikata or Japan tackle? My bluegill fishing buddy and I were talking about this the other evening, kinda scared though.
