I just pulled a few posts. Suggesting that these kids deserve to be targeted with physical violence is not something we are going to tolerate. This thread has remained pretty civil. Let's keep it that way.

To be clear, I was using the term "azzes whooped" as an old timey disciplinary term, not as a beatdown or smackdown or scrum or fisticuffs or whatever the kids are calling it these days.

so what will everyone defending them/light punishment say if they had held up a bank, no weapons, and took 9,000.00?
no idea what the tournament paid but same principle. what punishment if they were bank robbers? the crazy lady that fired shots in Dallas/Love Airport the other day , used a gun to attempt to rob a bank in 2019 --charges were reduced and she was let go . Why don't we just admit that some people are bad , they do things that are wrong and bad . As a society , we are allowing this behavior by basically making consequences a " slap on the wrist " --- and those people go out and repeat crimes I could care less the age of the innocent little teenagers --- they knew exactly what they were doing , planned it , bought materials to execute the plan , reaped the benefits in one Tourney . The book needs to be thrown at them and their parents should be forced to pay significant restitution . I 100% guarantee the parents are a huge contributor to how these boys behaved Agreed. The way some of you (thankfully a minority) are talking on here in terms of leniency and age and whatnot, you sound like you're pretty capable of raising some cheaters yourselves. Mistakes and mischief are one thing--lies, theft, and deception that take as much commitment as these boys were willing to show is a completely different story. No good.

It was one thing to stay out past curfew partying or maybe didn't clean my room or do the assigned chores. To try to cheat with the intent to steal money from another person or group isn't just "they're just being crazy kids". If anybody on here thinks that, I truly feel sorry for the upbringing you received or the upbringing you're giving your own kids.
