Women dressed in black with hoodie on fired 8 -12 shots at the ceiling and was shot by LEO ...
Sorry I don't know the definition why did she do that? why would they shoot her for shooting the ceiling ? Why was an unarmed female named Ashley Babbit shot for crawling through a broken window? not familiar with the Bobbit case but who's window was she breaking into? apparently , the only thing your are familiar with is roofing ---- everything else might at well be written in Mandarin
