I would have liked to have the dirt/dust washed off of our vehicles at least. I have to unlock our front door for my wife when she gets home because she can’t turn the key because the deadbolt is so tight

Glad Tyler got some rain.

I was near Overton this morning… haven’t seen rain that in a few months. Got so heavy I had to pull off the road as I couldn’t see. Lots of thunder, lightning, and wind..

69 degrees at one time.. it got worse with lots of tree limbs east of Tyler

Dear sweet jeebus please send that this direction. Everything down here is crunchy and has been over a month.

I think it will make it that far, system off the coast looks to be feeding it the further south it gets.

Hey hop, quick weather question…do you think BCBassCat will get any rain from this system?

(I’m specifically interested in his Sanger TX home, not the others.)

Out on Tawakoni this morning. Cloud cover was nice. About 9:00 we headed over to Holiday, or whatever they call it now, to wait it out. Put my rain jacket on and it split us to the south and north. Started to see some good puddles west of Quinlan for several miles and then nothing. It was 79 degrees on 276 at noon where it rained. Dry as ever in Fate.

It is a balmy 73 degrees after the 1/2 " of rain up from 69 degrees during the rain. A very nice reprieve for the norm but short lived I know...

I am in Camp county and lightning & thunder woke me up about 530 am with rain shortly after, 1.25 inches. Wish it had been more.

No love in SE Denton County. Went south right down the tollway and just missed us. At least we had clouds and wind for a few minutes.

It got close enough to west Irving that I could actually smell it, but not a drop. I'm sure glad to see the folks in the hill country got some. They really need it.
