If you really want a Fritts cranking rod PM me your address and I’ll send you one for free, barely used. Just don’t be mad at me when you hate it. Worst money I’ve ever spent!

I made 2 orders over 4th of July weekend. First order I had by Friday. Second order was at UPS hub an hour or so too late on Friday so it was delivered Monday. I just used the free shipping with no upgrade. I have zero complaints

Tackle Warehouse is a mess. I have been having issues as well, but I think a lot of it has to do with adding a new distribution center. Going to give them some time to get their stuff figured out but will try again down the road. American Legacy Fishing is pretty awesome, they don't have the largest selection but their customer service is far and away some of the best in the industry.

Funny this was brought up. I thought I ordered 2 rods for the 4th of July sale. Could of swore I hit order. I even remember seeing a confirmation page pop up. A few days go by, I check my email and nothing from them. I log back in and see if the order is in my history, nothing. Check my bank account, no money taken from them. So now I go back in my history and see if I have that confirmation page there but must of deleted the tab on my phone. Let it go a few more days, still no order, no money withdrawn and no confirmation in email. I thought maybe I seriously imagined it all and never finalized the order since nothing happened. But I swear I am not old enough to be getting this dementia stuff at 31 years of age, and I usually know when I see a confirmation number for an order...... but mine never went through. Still haven't placed another order for the rods but I will get them eventually. I'm one of those weirdos that always screeen shots my confirmation order haha

I never had a single issue with them until my last two orders, and I order A LOT from them. They responded to my inquiry yesterday to say they were overwhelmed with inquiries and would get to me when they could.

I'm one of those weirdos that always screeen shots my confirmation order haha I used to be until I noticed one day I had like 100 confirmation number screen shots just lingering in my phone. Stopped doing it and this is the one time I wished I had. Not a big deal though. Not the end of the world, lord knows I have plenty of fishing rods to go fish. But my reels (that I ordered elsewhere) showed up yesterday in the mail. So kind of confirms my suspicion that I placed all my orders that day. TW just failed to get it done on their end. I also ordered a few things for the boat that I need to get done and those also showed up. I knew I had a list of things I needed to order and placed all my orders. Only order that didn't get charged or show up.... The TW order

They responded to my inquiry yesterday to say they were overwhelmed with inquiries and would get to me when they could. Wait they replied to your inquiry about where is my order with "We are really busy with messed up orders. So we will get back to you when we can."? Thats what they replied with? As a Director of Customer Service (phones, email, chat, social, web) that would be totally unacceptable in my shop. Worst case on an email inquiry you have an auto reply that goes out right away. Thanks for contacting TW! We have been experiencing an influx of inquiry's but are working to rapidly resolve all our customer concerns. We will work your inquiry in the order it was received. We apologize for any inconvenience. We value your business and will resolve this case with you just as soon as possible." Something to that effect. You dont touch it twice. You cannot touch these inquiry's twice if it at all can be avoided. Then if you have to hire, you hire. Have to open OT? Open OT. Have to have managers or team leads etc. help work cases? Then they do that. Beg borrow or steal resources until you get that response time down to something reasonable. Two business days would be fair to investigate and reply with a resolution.

Yep a day later they sent me that response. Late last night I got confirmation one of my two orders shipped. What really ticked me off is that I put in an order for sleeper gills on June 25th. They were back ordered with a ship date of 7/4. About a week later I told a buddy about the lures, and he ordered the exact same lures as me from TW. His order shipped next day, while my order which had already been in for a week go bumped another month. Now I see they've moved it to October. Lovely. Luckily I have a good buddy who took pity on me and sent me a care package that showed up a few days ago free of charge... Talk about a good friend.

Dealers sold through their initial pre-orders pretty quickly. Some sold out in hours or days. It was insane. The fall date is the estimated date we will have more in from manufacturing. Sometimes that date changes. Hopefully we have them ready to ship to dealers before then.

zero issues. ever. have had one order taken off my porch and another mis-delivered(fault of delivery agent) and TW was amazing and easy to work with in each instance.
I like to purchase from local vendors, but for all else, TW is hard to beat

Anyone else being ghosted by TackleWarehouse? I placed an order on the 28th and nothing. Phone number says I've reached outside normal hours. No emails being responded to. Not sure what is going on, but hope they honor their 4th sale prices. and ship the items I ordered.
