I don’t know who he is and therefore have nothing against him but if gettin drunk and taking a picture off the wall is enough to be charged with a felony and hated by everyone on here then I must be public enemy number one. Who hasn’t been arrested for doing stupid sh.t. I’d say the vast majority of us on here. ….. wow

Who hasn’t been arrested for doing stupid sh.t. I haven’t. Also, it’s a damn shame that he’s falling back on the damn “veteran” card. Most guys that pull this are pog/remfs who spent an entire 1 enlistment (or less) getting in trouble, not doing anything, pissing and moaning, wanting so badly to get out of the military that they hate so much . Once they get out they tell all their tales of derring-do, trying to get unassuming people to thank them for their lack of service. The fool was bragging about multiple NJPs but felt he was being disrespected as a “veteran”?!?! Laughable. &$*k him! He dug himself into a hole and now wants people to think he caught the PTSDs and feel sorry for him.

If he had a decent attorney he might not in the morning after he sees the video. Standard guidance would be keep your mouth shut. A fish with a open mouth gets caught. A good attorney mandates that if you want him to take the case you follow his or her guidance. The attorney isn’t going to risk their reputation because of the client doing things to hurt the case. They will drop you. Don’t create video and/or audio that potentially can be used against you.
