The Ray Hubbard Bass Club held our fifth members only tournament of 2022 on Saturday June 11th on Lake Palestine. The day was nasty hot. Luckily there was some breeze but if you got in a secluded area it was Africa hot! Despite the mid summer weather, 31 boats came out to fish and fishing was pretty good. 16 five fish limits were brought to the scales and some big girls too. When the day was done, the team of Chris Atkinson and myself were the winners with a limit that weighed 20.32 pounds. Big bass honors went to Russell Olds and Chelsie Prendez. The 8.56 giant was Chelsie's personal best. Here are full results and pictures.



Chris Lewis had two for an adjusted 2.50



Tony Bryant and Brig Norwood had four for an adjusted 8.06



Craig Hanson and Justin Reimer had three for 8.08



Ryan Culhane and Jesus Guajardo had two for 8.13



Their bag included this 6.74 toad



Jim Phillips and Randy Bridges had four for an adjusted 8.45 that included this nice 4+ pounder



Kyle Robinson and Dave Thomas had a limit for 9.16



Eugene McBride and Tyler Austin had five for 9.61



Preston Smith and David Horton had a limit for 12.82 that included this 5.57 beauty



Joey Deans and Brandon Putnam were their consistent selves with five for 14.28

Russell Olds and Chelsie Prendez had four for 15.28



Their bag included big bass of the tournament an 8.56 beast. That was Chelsie's largest ever bass and she caught it in a tournament! Congratulations!



Just out of the money were David Mulkey and Michael Parkes with a limit that weighed 15.43



Another strong finish for Jeremy McLeroy and Cody Stewart getting sixth place with a bag that weighed 16.04



Fifth place went to Vince Burt and Mark Werner with a limit that weighed an adjusted 16.36



Fourth place went to Jerry Brown and Tony Schnurr with a solid limit that weighed 16.79 and included a 6.38



Another great finish for Ronnie Manning and Capp Peace who weighed five for 18.05



Second place went to Clark Crenshaw and in his last RHBC tournament Roddy Bieber with a great limit that weighed 18.30 and included a 5.77 kicker



Here are your winners. Chris Atkinson and myself had a good day bringing in five that weighed 20.32 for the victory
