Just picked up some 50 lb Power Pro this morning with a Lunker Hunt 1/2 oz frog. Going to try it this weekend if the wife will leave me alone.

Bend the hooks up slightly away from the body. Swing when you feel the weight. The more you bend the hooks the better the hook up, but you hook up with other stuff too if you take it too far. Sharpen the hooks very well. They are heavy hooks and notoriously dull from the package.
