You might try an anti-glare screen protector that's designed for laptops. You'll have to trim it to fit and if your head unit is a touchscreen make sure you get a protector that's touchscreen compatible. They usually come in 3 packs or 5 packs and run in the $15 - $30 range. Any office supply place will have them and there's about a million of them on Amazon.
