I have used these Trokar Neko Finesse hooks. Hook up ratio is excellent. The weed guard is useless though. Gamakatsu weedless wacky is weedless but the hook up ratio is not as good.

Still use a Mustad Fanicky hook with wire weed guard and small lead weight in bend of hook. don't know if they still make them.

The aforementioned Trokar and Berkley Fusion hooks are great for wacky and Neko.

I use the owner 1/0 weedless sniper finesse with an o-ring on a yamamoto senko. Rod is an American Pride Drop Shot 2.0, a 7' MH Moderate action, reel was a Daiwa Exceler LT2000, line was Power Pro 20lb maxcuatro to a 10lb Seaguar Abrazx leader. I caught 24.72 this past Saturday on Ray Roberts utilizing this technique and did not lose a single fish. I may add that one was a 7.7 and another was a 6.3, so it does not lose big ones when it matters.

Here's a tip for all you wacky people. Rubber O-rings cut the Senko in half after a fish or two. Here is a much better option. Buy a small roll of 3/8" silicone tubing and cut it in 1/4" long pieces. They don't cut into the bait and will stay on for 15-20 fish. This roll of silicone tubing will be enough to make O-rings to last 30 years. You can hook the bait either way you prefer going thru the silicone tubing at a 90 degree angle or straight. If you want the bait to fall slower hook it at a 90 degree angle. If you want it to fall slightly faster hook it lengthwise to the bait. It also comes thru brush & grass better hooked straight. I like the Owner Sniper weedless hooks. Buy a pair of these to put them on your Senkos. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/04/full-19947-136492-screen_shot_2022_04_21_at_9.15.00_am.png) Academy sells this

I use zoom finesse or trick worms. Anyone use these without o-ring?
