The offset is for what the tranducer sees not really anything to do with Image quality. Do you have a pic of what you are looking at? Is it forward or down? What is the max rainge you can look out forward?

I don’t have a picture of the screen during use. I use it almost always in forward. I’ll take a picture of what I get for an image Thursday night and post back on Friday. I think my image is not as good as what others are getting. I can say, however, the images I DO get are very clear with well defined contrast. I don’t get any graininess or the Shadow tree looking stuff that people get with their garmins

How far can you look forward ? Also when you take a pic do the screenshot, Its very difficult to see anything with a photo from a phone with all the reflections that happen.
