If you've got an Ace Rewards acct the 14.35 lb bag is $23.99 with $3 off per bag.

GrubEx is currently $20.26 on Amazon with free Prime shipping. May of last year they had them for $16 per bag. Bought enough to cover me for this year but will keep an eye out to see if they drop the price and if so I'll buy next years supply.

Got it. $20 is good enough. I would use an Ace discount card like greenen mentioned but we don't have one anywhere close

It shows $20.26 but when you select it it changes to $23.99.

It was a limited bag deal. Once they sold X amount it went back to the regular price. I'm not seeing it at $20.26 anymore and at $23.99. Granted it's only $4 but I like deals. If you don't have irrigation. Tomorrow I would mow and do a full send of Disease eX, Grub eX, Fert if you haven't yet. Best chance of soaking rain that we've had for a while in NTX, Sunday. Do not combine any products together. Spread one then spread the other.

That explains that.

I'll get mine tomorrow at Home Depot. Save a couple of bucks with my 10% discount.

Atta boy. Really you should apply double the bag rate of GrubEX and I don't recommend going off the bag rate often. A professional applicator would apply one app of Acelepryn which is the same active ingredient as GrubEx. But the app rate they would lay down would be twice the GrubEX single bag rate. AI per 1000

Is this weed "wild carrot"? I had this show up last summer and again this year. I hit my lawn with Ortho Weed Clear Monday, and it appears too slowly be taking effect.

Got all my outside yard work done today including putting down the GrubEX. Just waiting on the rain now! A little disappointed they changed the amount of expected rain from 1- 3in to maybe 1in now.

It's slow to die off. I get it in my flower beds and spot spray with a similar product and it takes about 2 weeks to completely die off.

King Ranch Bluestem Sucks. I finally had all I could take and hit all of the KRB in my lawn with glyphosate. My 2 acre lots was covered with it when we built in 2017. I had never had any in my lawns going back to 1979 and really didn`t know what it was when it started appearing in the spring of 2018. Before I knew it, it had gotten out of hand. Luckily it is isolated in a few different areas where the drainage is the most. I`m hoping one application will kill it so I can start pulling it up and the Bermuda (Tif 419) can start recovering and filling in. Hopefully my May and June applications of 21-0-0 fertilizer will assist with the bare spot recovery. I had rather have a dead spot all summer than 7โ€“8-inch tall KRB every 4-5 days between mowing's.

It is the absolute worst weed ever. I freaking hate it. So far I've been lucky and Prodiamine has kept it our of my yard. My next door and neighbor across the street have it bad. Besides gly there is nothing at the box store that will touch it. I have a 3 chemical concoction I am going to test spray on it this year and see what happens. I wouldn't be surprised if you need to hit it again in the fall with another app of gly. If you do add some of the 21-0-0 to your mix. It dissolves easily in water. It will lower your solution Ph and the N in it will help with absorption.

Upgraded from my Scottโ€™s Deluxe spreader. Couldnโ€™t see spending Lesco money, but this thing is built like a tank. Hopefully this one will have better distribution and wonโ€™t leave green streaks like the Scottโ€™s. Pretty descent reviews too.
