Maybe 20% of what I read says bass are good, crappie are good, bg are good, catfish are good; but the lake rating is slow or fair. Or just the opposite; lake is rated good, but all the species are slow or fair. Doesn't anyone proof read? Stupid question, obviously not.

I went to Rebecca Creek today, middle of March, water temp 60, lake level fine, watercolor very good, pretty much a full moon. I caught five dink bass, and one just, keeper, no crappie at all. I fished channel trees (that I have caught crappie multiple times over the years), not a bump, no little fish, nothing. These trees were between Rebecca Creek and the mouth of Crames Mill. I didn't see anyone else catch a fish, and I didn't talk to anyone who had caught a fish, even the trollers looking for white bass. Would this constitute a "good" day upriver? Are you new too fishing, not everyday is good fishing. Full moon is always tougher, the fish tend to feed at night more. Sometimes catching a single fish at Canyon is considered good.

The TFF janitor used to do the fishing reports. He did a really good job and had up to date information.
Some people go to church and think about fishing. Some go fishing and think about God.
