It's illegal to sell a game fish in the state of Texas. However, it is legal to donate it. You must fill out a "wildlife resource document" outlining who caught it, where it was caught, the date/time and who is receiving the resource. This MUST be done for the transaction to be legal.
You can also rent it to someone like BPS.

You might be surprised, someone may have already done it. I know quite a few old salty dogs that would take a "bad" cell phone picture and let her go. Prob never bring it up if you asked. Sounds crazy but I bet it's been done already.

You might be surprised, someone may have already done it. I know quite a few old salty dogs that would take a "bad" cell phone picture and let her go. Prob never bring it up if you asked. Sounds crazy but I bet it's been done already. Not a chance in h*ll
