No problems with multiple orders during the most recent Holidays or ever for that matter. Able to buy GC’s at a 10% discount. I entered my name for the Lobina Ricos to be given away. Didn’t win BUT TW sent me a 20% off Code to be used on my next order because I didn’t win. So, I just ordered $120 worth of “Stuff” and it cost me $90. I have used 5 other On line Tackle Supply Stores and they never have the Selection that TW has.

So being hacked and hiding the fact from customers for almost 3 months is 1st class.

I agree thumb
And still haven’t explained or apologized (in the first person). I would still be using them if they had done that.

Just ordered a few lipless crankbaits. Took 3 days to get them. That seems pretty good to me!

I have been waiting for it, and got a text from credit card company at 3am this morning, fraud alert from a 32ct charge in Maryland. So don't think you are out of the TW security breach woods yet. With that many stolen cards, they are just working their way down the list

I wasn’t hacked, but my son was, so I would say it’s kinda big deal. I believe there were several on here that were also. They should have alerted their customers!

Ordered from them a bit. This week I put an order in, buddy told me the next day the same baits where $3 less on another site, checked their price match, called them up and waited on hold (10-12 min). Within 3 minutes I had the price difference refunded to me. Baits being delivered today on standard free shipping.

Yes things have changed. I order a lot but they are not taking calls as much becuase they are in California. Not sure if this because of lack of work force, lock-downs or what. Not sure why they don't move, but things have changed. That said, you can use email and I do believe they will do what they can to resolve issues. But I know for a fact that it is different from just a few month's ago.

They did move. They still have the operation here in California but they also have an operation in Georgia now (been there about a year now). Whether they have an office in Georgia taking calls that I don’t know. Before I quit using them in November I getting split orders from both locations.

Their system got hacked. Lots of people's CC info got used. TW never came clean and fessed up.

Actually they did after being called out on social media, they were supposed to send letters to anyone that was potentially affected, but I know many that never received the letter. I’ve had my card hit twice, but not by the TW mess, dang thieves are busy stealing info.
