Gray and toast (SOS) w/ scrambled eggs. Also, huevos rancheros; eggs over easy, beans, potato, bacon, and flour tortilla.

After almost 40 years of marriage to my Filipina wife she finally learned how to make boxty,Irish pancakes just like me grandmother used to make.........................these,3 eggs over easy and some HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hot sauce.We'll call it an Irish Texican breakfast

3 fried eggs over easy, side biscuit w/gravy. And 2 pancakes.
Homefried Tators, Sausage patty and a big ole glass of OJ.
Then a pretty little waitress to burb me and change my diaper
