My favorite spot in Fort Worth (Flying Fish) has went to swai.....absolutely positively the nastiest stuff. I asked the manager about it, he said they changed venders and admitted they no longer serve real channel catfish I don't eat catfish so I've never had theirs, but their snapper Veracruz is the bomb.

There’s a David Beards Catfish in Azle on hwy 199 west of town towards Springtown. Don’t recommend it. It’s pretty nasty.
