I have to go as low on sugar as possible, I like corn flakes and Cheerios. I really like honey bunches and life, but alas, too much sugar

I try not to buy/eat cereal. I can eat an entire box at one meal.

Cheerios and blueberries for me.

Texdawg, you need to look into these from Costco. It's what the warden likes and they are good as well.

Kashi Vanilla or Cinnamon Squares, Sunrise Crunch Vanilla, Cinnamon, or Honey, Grape Nuts Flakes. I donโ€™t like regular Grape Nuts but a big fan of the Grape Nuts Flakes all cereal with unsweetened almond milk. I will usually add frozen blueberries and maybe a squirt of honey. Usually a medium bowl of cereal or oatmeal for breakfast then a protein shake made with Vega Protein, bananas, and unsweetened almond milk.

Can't remember the last time I ate cereal. Not due to being an "old"!
