I went out to Lavon yesterday afternoon to gas up the boat and make sure she'd start. She kicked right over no problem. Got her gassed up and did a little looking around. Didn't see any evidence of a shad kill there either and the surface temp was still in the upper 40s. Really surprised by that. I thought it would have been much lower given the ice and snow and cold the end of last week and over the weekend...

Just glad we didn't have a repeat of last year...

Glad to know there was no evidence of a kill. Im surprised by the water temp. I expected that front to get by water down to about the 40 degree mark. Thatโ€™s what I get for hoping. Haha
