i thought the show wasn't very good this year. i liked the layout but there wasnt that much to look at. several "custom" bait makers but its all generic looking copy cat stuff. u would think being the only fishing show around it could pull in better stuff

As long as Wilcox was there, then the event was a success. Not sure if this was an attempt at being facetious or not, but yes Bill was there. Met and talked with him a few minute, what a great guy. What you see on the show is how he is in person.

The JB3 rods were impressive. 100% American made blanks, Fuji eyes cork chandler. Built in College Station.
Probably the best deal I’ve looked at in a USA product in years.
Retirement best job ever.

I enjoyed spending time there on Saturday amongst COVID concerns. I got to see a bunch of my pro buddies I don't get to see very often and met a bunch of folks that I have chatted with here on the TFF or are fans of my YouTube videos. And as those of you that have met me in person know, I am a talker so I had a blast giving a rambling seminar about Side imaging and forward sonar.

Probably the best deal I’ve looked at in a USA product in years. For sure...I picked up a few of their rods and were very impressed with the weight / fit and feel. I picked up a Trick Shot rod to try out for skipping docks. For around $120 I couldn't pass it up.
