Y'all, I have lucked out! I have a project I'm working on East of Lexington Kentucky. I need to make a visit to the site to do some field verification work. I just talked to the staff up there and I was able to set the trip up so I can get my work done and head over to Louisville and go to the Catfish Conference before I head home. And yes, I'm gonna drive so I can haul my plunder home with me!

Casey, I know zero about Louisville. I am staying at a Marriott property, I forget which one right now but I think it's a town place suites. I am using points since I travel a lot for work, one of the fringe benefits is not paying for hotels very often...

I remember my Road Warrior days. Free airline tickets, free hotels. At one time, I commuted from Lubbock to Milwaukee, WI every week for over 10 years. So the last thing I wanted to do for vacation was fly somewhere and stay at a hotel. My wife's parents live in Puerto Rico. Her and my son did enjoy stealing all my airline miles to fly there First Class on American twice a year.

Well, change of plans... The institution I was scheduled to go to next week is on quarantine lockdown so I can't get in. And instead of going to Kentucky next week I get to go to... wait for it... Bangor Maine!
