Did anybody see the fishing University with Gary Yamamoto where he used the tag end of his fishing line as a weed guard on his wacky Senko setup? I can't find a link for it anywhere. And can't find the episode. Don't remember if he was using a Snell knot and how he used the tag end exactly as the weed guard. Anybody have a link or know what I'm talking about?

I saw the episode. He tied a snell, out and used a heavier piece of fluoro as the weed guard and basically tied it in the middle of the wraps on his shell knot and when you snug down the wraps - it secures the piece of line for the weed guard and then you trim that and stick it in the bait
