I asked what happens if you get caught? They said they can call the sheriff. I said ok what will he do about it? They said he can give you a citation. I said Ok, what kind of citation? They said a federal one, it doesn't matter, just don't do it!!
How does a county Sheriff's Deputy give a federal citation?

Pretty sure its illegal in non-corps lakes also. Technically it's considered dumping. Best to drop brush at night IF you're going to drop any...IMO

I miss Robby Rose post on sinking brushpiles and Christmas Trees, He was the TFF guru on sinking brushpiles........ A good tournament Angler also.
