Only Bass Pro reels I have used are the Tourney Special and the Extreme. Still have the Extreme. Never had a problem out of either.

They look just like a lews reel, probably decent enough to last a couple of years. I kinda like the color in the picture. If you end up buying one, let us know what you think about it.

There's a reason they look like Lews. Lews, BPS, Abu, KastKing and a few others all come from the same factory in China, Doyo is the company that makes them.

Only Bass Pro reels I have used are the Tourney Special and the Extreme. Still have the Extreme. Never had a problem out of either. I bought two Johnny Morris signature reels. They were ok. I never used them. One of them had the finish flaking off and it would cut you like a razor. I threw them both in the trash.

I looked at the Piscifun bait casting reels, specifically the Chaos Xs 60. The YouTube reviews said they were a good reel for the money (<$60). So I ordered one off Amazon. Got it and the handle failed to engage the retrieve gear after casting. So I ordered a replacement from Amazon. The second one had the same problem as the first one. I asked Amazon for a refund. I'm hoping they have a booth at the Catfish Conference next month. I'll buy one if they have one that works. My boat partner was wanting one as well as they make left handed models.
Boats are like Strippers. They work until you quit throwing $100 bills at them.
