I’m headed out there today. It’s close to my house, but I haven’t been fishing it much. It’s a tricky lake for bass, at least to me. It really low, only mustang park is open to put your boat in. I’ll let you know.

I don't have much help. I been super busy lately . I usually fish it twice a week.
I did go at the end of November. Caught a 2 a 3 and 8 lber. All in 15 to 18 feet

The water was in the 50s then I bet it's gotten a bit warmer. I caught
2 stroking a swim bait head with a mega bass swim bait and one
on a jig. also looks like the has come up 2 feet since then.

I went out there yesterday at about 3 o’clock. The wind was pretty stiff so I sort of fished the west bank for a while and I didn’t catch anything and then I found some sand bass down towards them but they were small. When it got dark I just catfished a little while and caught a few on some shrimp. I caught the sand bass on a rooster tail spinner bait. I was bass fishing with a dark red and black worm. The water was pretty cloudy down toward the southern end but near the dam it was clear.

Benbrook marina ramp was still usable this past Sunday. Lake is jewel for big bass.
